As a general rule I don't use an accountant that splashes pictures of cash on their home pageOriginally posted by DonaldG View PostI don't want to seem like vultures circling over a company, but if you geniunely want to change accountants, then i would consider Campbell Dallas (whom i work for). We are based in Glasgow/Paisley and do a lot of contractor accounts. Initial meeting would be free.

From what I gather wouldn't going with "Ken's new company" be some form of Stockholm Syndrome?

Bring on the new year and a new accountant I feel ..... neither Ken or SJD have covered themselves in glory here!

If they are currently doing your year end, then you have already paid for that year and they have been paid to deliver it. Nothing to stop you getting on with changing accountants.Originally posted by al_cam View PostI'm wondering what other current SJD Scotland customers are doing given the current mess.
Personally, service has been tulip, so why would I stick with Ken & Co?, ditching SJD completely isn't an option right now as they are in the middle of doing my end of year so I'm sticking with SJD and will review once accounts complete.

Sticking with SJD the noe for similar reasons - hassle.
Although I may shop around in the new year, I'm too busy at the moment.
