You use agencies that know about IR35?

You are in a wonderful place!

Most agencies are quite willing to word a contract outside IR35 as long as the end client hasn't tied them down to certain clauses.

Your contract is with the agency (or angency if you will) and it's up to you to negotiate it to look however you want it to. Do you mena you have a pre-drawn up contract, the format and wording of which you like and wish to use all the time? Have you ever kissed a girl? Life is too short to quibble over such things when there's money to be made. As long as their contract does what you want, then why bother with the persentation of your own?
