Can someone point me in the right direction to find out if i wall be in or out of IR35?

This next week i have a interview for another contract. My first question is
1. With Brookson was i in a ubrella of brookson or as a limited company
2. Will I have to use Brookson for my new contract (if i get the contract)

2. No you have a choice of using a different Umbrella company or setting up your own limited. Read the sticky at the top of the forum to make a decision. If you wish to set up your own limited then do a search for accountants on this board, make a short list of the ones you like the sound off, read their website and contact them to ask them questions that you can't find information for.
Ive come to the conclusion i was a director of a limited company as Brookson told me how much tax i was to pay back in April.
So now i have to decide which accounts to use.
Does anyone have any recomendations?
