Strictly speaking (and not being paranoid), I would think that if the directory is called "Employee Contact List", then being on it would be a minor pointer within IR35.
If the directory is called "Internal Directory" than I can't see it being a pointer one way or the other.
I wouldn't really worry about it - as already said, though, if you can get anything in there that refers to your external email, or company, then that would be better than not.
