You can fill in a P11Db to confirm you have nothing to declare on the P11D.

    Previous tax year P11d's

I have just received two sets of P11d forms for ta year 06-07 and 07-08 along with the payment slips. No paperwork was enclosed explaining HMRC were sending old forms to me. I know my accountant completed the P35 for each year stating the P11d was not required so I am totally confused why I have been sent it.

I had thought it might be another HMRC mistake like in 2004 but wasnt sure.

Anybody else had the same experience, or have thought on why I have received the forms.
