Previously on "Any recommendations for Accountancy Services?"
I've used Brookson for a number of years and although it was tricky last year with the HMRC changes, the service is now back to how it used to be. Never really heard of Planit so you could try your luck!
I'd agree witht what Gary said to a certain extent. I appreciate that I may be biased, because I run a small-ish personal accounting firm which specialises in contractors, but I'd recommend a small-ish personal accounting firm which specialises in contractors!
Greetings. This is my first post in this forum. Just wonder if anyone has a recommendation for a good Accountancy Services company to help me with a hassal free setup and maintain of Limited Company? And with reasonable pricing?
So far, I have had a look at Brookson & Planit. Any comments or recommendations will be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advanced.
I doubt they'll want to setup and maintain your company for you unless you opt to pay full PAYE wages. On this basis you may wish to take an easier approach and use an 'Umbrella' company who will do all this for you. If you want to run a company yourself and take dividends as part of your company profits then you need to get a basic understanding of the company, how it operates, then instruct your accountant on your needs and desires.
