Has anyone experience of backdating the contract reviews and different insurances to protect against hector?

I’ve always been limited with different companies over the years. I used to keep up to date with what was needed in the contracts and would like to think they'll all pass.

I would also want to try and do some kind of deal to cover the entire period back; what are the contract review companies like when you've extended a contract with the same t&c's for 2 or 3 contracts do they want to charge you again to review something they’ve already approved?

    Any experiences or guidance appreciated.

Give QDOS a ring. www.qdosconsulting.com. I believe they offer insurance for current and past contracts. Plus there is the PCG, http://www.pcg.org.uk join them and they will defend you for all contracts. The two offer slightly different products so read the blurb carefully to make sure it is what you are after.
