there seems to be lots of accountants posting here but a question away from the norm ie holding company question and not one replies
As quite a number of people have viewed this , I guess an accountant should answer this -- you never know you may even pick up a client as a result as I guess thats why you post on this forum

UK Holding comapany

I'm sure we have had a posting about this before but can anyone (particulary
accountants ) shed some light on the advantages and disadvantages on having a uk holding company
