... however that's not the question.I signed the contract as 'Myself' NOT as my ltd company which was not formed at the time. The contract will be redrawn between my ltd co and the 'employer' shortly, however for the last 4-5 weeks I've had to invoice my time to them from 'myself'.
Is there any way I can avoid having to declare all these earnings as 'self employed' earnings via self assessment at the end of the year? I would rather simply put the invoices through my ltd co and pay myself through my ltd co so I know where I stand with PAYE and tax at any point in time.
I think I'd need to do something like invoice myself from my ltd company for my own time, and then pay myself back but is that feasible? legal?
