UK based but RoI client - options

I'm looking at a contract that is UK based (predominantly but with some RoI and Europe travel).

For ESC C16-based reasons I don't want to use my Ltd as I want to close it. With this in mind, does anyone here use a RoI-based Ltd instead? Pro's / Con's?
