    Well, the omens are not good. The first year self-assessment went on line we were promised £10. Never received it.

    P35 on-line incentives.....Again

    The Inland Revenue / Government has underestimated the take-up involved in the P35 on-line scheme. They hoped that 260K employers would participate in the scheme in the first year but that has now reached 1M.

    The Rt. Hon. Dawn Primorolo, Labour M.P. is going up in front of the ‘beaks’ at some point soon to explain.

    1M * £825 is a lot of money the Government can ill-afford to give away over the next few years.

    I note that no one has been paid the £250.....will they ever be?
