Invoicing

HI

What kind of invoice template do people use?

1. Excel/Word
2. Billing/Accountancy Applicaiton
3. Online System (http://invoice.zoho.com/login/jsp/login.jsp)

I used to do option 1 and still have the ugly template somewhere but I kinda like option 3. Does anyone use an online invoicing system?
