I've never done a voucher, as advised by one of the well known contractor accountants. Just the declaration/minutes.

Any chance of PMing these to me?

You need to minute the declaration on your company books.

My question is do I need to complete both types of document i.e. a voucher and a set of minutes or will the minutes do? I'm guessing that there is one voucher per shareholder plus the set of minutes listing all of the dividend declarations?

    What does everyone here do?
One voucher per shareholder AND minutes of the meeting.
