I've never done a voucher, as advised by one of the well known contractor accountants. Just the declaration/minutes.

Any chance of PMing these to me?Originally posted by gadgetman View PostI've been kindly provided with a template for a "Dividend and Tax Voucher" from a member on this board. This one lists the company address and shareholders and dividend details.
I've now also come across a different template which is a "Dividend Declaration" and is in the form of minutes of a meeting with the dividend details listed at the end.
Update: sorry - scratch that I've just seen the other thread.

You need to minute the declaration on your company books.

One voucher per shareholder AND minutes of the meeting.Originally posted by gadgetman View PostI've been kindly provided with a template for a "Dividend and Tax Voucher" from a member on this board. This one lists the company address and shareholders and dividend details.

My question is do I need to complete both types of document i.e. a voucher and a set of minutes or will the minutes do? I'm guessing that there is one voucher per shareholder plus the set of minutes listing all of the dividend declarations?
What does everyone here do?
