I've never done a voucher, as advised by one of the well known contractor accountants. Just the declaration/minutes.

I've been kindly provided with a template for a "Dividend and Tax Voucher" from a member on this board. This one lists the company address and shareholders and dividend details.

I've now also come across a different template which is a "Dividend Declaration" and is in the form of minutes of a meeting with the dividend details listed at the end.

Any chance of PMing these to me?

My question is do I need to complete both types of document i.e. a voucher and a set of minutes or will the minutes do? I'm guessing that there is one voucher per shareholder plus the set of minutes listing all of the dividend declarations?
