    I suppose it depends if I am doing the R&D and then later selling it to the client.. or if they are the ones investing in the R&D services I provide.. I think you are right, it is the former.

    Anyone here claiming R & D tax credits? From the advice I've received my project work for a client on their site appears to be a valid case for the credit.
