By my understanding. Yes. As you would be an employee of NZ ltd. And you would file no personal tax return in the UK for work you did here for your UK ltd.

    Subcontracting to myself offshore

Hi I was hoping for a second opinion on the following:

I am currently running a long term contract through my UK Ltd Company. It is currently caught by IR35.

I am about to return to NZ and I am able work this contract from there.

Is there any reason why I cannot sub-contract the work with my UK company, that holds the contract, to my NZ company where I will be resident?

Would this mean this I am then outside IR35 as far as the UK is concerned?
Working...
