    The same as employing a staff member. IR35 is not concerned that you can sub contract the work just that you don't have to do it yourself.

    Hi.. anyone know if part-time employment contracts are available online anywhere for free? found one for £24 so think I will buy that.. I'm looking for a part-time staff one, on an hourly rate etc for the work they do as I've only got a certain amount of work going. They don't have their own ltd company and want a payslip with no self-assesment stuff etc! I've already got my own PAYE.. so can put the part-timer on that scheme.

    any tips appreciated! richy.
