I don't have any direct experience of accounting in the film industry. Just wanted to let you know that there are significant tax advantages of filming in the Isle of Man.

  • Accountant recommendation with IT and film experience

    Hi All,

Long term contractor, first time poster...

I have contracted as a designer, then multimedia developer and for the last 6 years as a technical project manager. I plan to move into film over the next few years which will involve me training in wider areas and taking on editing contracts as well as web ones. I will be investing heavily in a demo reel in the form of a short film so I am looking for an accountant who understands the expenses involved.

Does anyone know of an accountant with such experience.

    Many thanks,

    Paul

Working...
