    Wonderful!

Half these things as far I see, including the Netherlands "you have to be on a payroll" and Belgium's new [wonderful] Limosa - move to Belgium and invite your nanny or gardener over a for a weeks work and either of you could find yourself in jail for a year - one way or another seem to go against EU law.

As LG suggests, advice from an accountant is a good start. Which 'correct' bit of legislation you decide after that is up to you...

Does anybody have the same working structure as this?

    UK company (me)

    Dutch Client
Services supplied are my consulting (with an end product to be retained by end client).

    If so,

Can I charge VAT to the agency?
