    So basically this is just an "approved" scheme for Managed Service Companies once they have all been checked out.

    "HMRC is exploring the possibility of publishing an Audit Standard whereby certain external bodies applying the Standard would be able to determine whether a Scheme Provider’s business model would or would not result in client companies being Managed Service Companies. HMRC will publish further information once a final decision has been made about an Audit Standard."


    Seems HMRC want to control and manage but overall I think majority of people will be happy with this.
