Just sent contract to get reviews B&C stylee!
The contract was negotiated as a 3 months. The contract has come through with "Ongoing or until terminated in accordance with the
Standard Terms or this Assignment Schedule"
Now I'm not a legal eagle and expect B&C to pick that up or should I? Not worried about puting say 12 months after all its only 1 weeks notice so it could be 240 months and still make no difference on length if they wanted to terminate....but does "ongoing" mean HMRC will try to eat me.
