    It means you can buy certain properties because of your job but not just anything on the market. If your G employer has got permission for you to buy then that is good. If not then it is renting or bedsit land; the v. latter esp. not good.

    hello,

    Just been offered a contract in guernsey ,

    I have two questions

    1) whats this housing licence thing all about
    2) I have always used umbrella companies in the past, is there any potential problems continuing to do so, or do i need to go to a specialist umbrella company
