    I am currently in the process of moving from Giant to my own LTD (which is now setup with an accountant).

    will let people know how smooth the disengagement with Giant is...since they are basically sharks!

    Now from what i hear, VAT registration is taking ages and ages..upto 3-4 months..

    I spoke to my agency and they said i need to bill without VAT and then once I get my VAT#, I can bill them for the VAT backdating it.

    Will this work, or are they talking BS.
