Only my personal opinion but I'd steer well clear of any company that won't offer you a quote without you entering your email address and everything first.

Surely, you find out how much it costs and only then if your still interested do you proceed to give them all your details.

i did get a quote from them but it turned out to be extrremly high (if it is the one i'm thinking of) in the end i went with who ever the supplier is off Contractor UK link.

Got printable documents within hours and resonable price without having to join any certain membership groups
