HSBC are pretty crap too.

They can deal with green grocers very well - anything else and your stuffed.

My HSBC wanted to advise me on 'business' - 'really wanted to get to know what the business was about...blah blah' - FFS

All I want is a place to store money - all the 'value added' nonsense is a waste of time.

Are cr*p. Man had so many probs with them leaving when end of free business banking period finished. If anyone values there time dont bother with them !

One thing that dont tell you is if you have a personnel account with them as well, as soon as you open a business account, anymore complex issues on your personnel account has to be dealt with by you 'Business Manager'. How sh*t is that, whats you business manager got to do with your personnel account, this is the business manager you can never get hold off, a business manager who needs his / her fingers to count on.

Natwest Business Banking is the most shamful service I have every recieved, make British Gas look like the customer service kings.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid Natwest.
