Useless piece of crap, I have tried logging on with my correct credentials, double and triple checking and it wont let me in AAARGGGHHH feckin fcukwits

I've been impressed with Cater Allen so far but the one thing I'm not happy about is having to wait 6 months for a company debit card. Most High Street business accounts issue you with a debit card straight away.
Anybody else had this problem?
Their website says "Cater Allen’s new logo aligns to Santander’s global identity, incorporating the Flame logo, which stands for light, transparency and warmth, and represents growth towards the future. "
Let me think.
Flame - light, ok
Flame - warmth. ok
Flame - transparency, er hang on, since when have flames been transparent?
I think there's a lot of coporate w@nk-speak going on here.
