Don't stress it, it's pretty simple.

I had to get the activation code through the post, but it only took a couple of days. Your accountant should be able to help, but if you don't know who the directors of your company are etc., you've got bigger problems.

It's nothing to do with end of year accounts or P35s.

Or are we talking company end of year (i.e. corp tax).

PAYE can be done when ever you know that you have done your years pay. Even before April 5th.

Annual Return details about your company basically > http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/abo...tml/gba2.shtml

    Annual Return

Just got a reminder for mine, I have 28 days to do one this is my first Annual Return. Ive got a few questions.

The letter I got mentions Web filling, but I need an activation code through the post to do this, I have an accountant could I have expected them to have registered for this Web filing ? The reminder implies Im not registered for Web filing

Does anything on the return need to be signed by the company sec ? Just need to know as my comp sec is out of the country for the next month so might make it diffcult ?

    Cheers
