Some bloke has just walked past me and started muttering about Gordo stopping dividends from small businesses!!!

Anyone else want to shed some light on it, I dont think I can face either the treasury or revenues website?

Alan/Simon/anyone can you shed any light on this?

P.S. I hate budget day! god help us when he is prime minister!
