Cant find this info in any of the posts.....
If your contract is caught by IR35, whether by contract or working practices, does anyone know the benefits of still operating a Ltd company over going the umbrella route. I believe you cannot claim travel to and from work now under an umbrella, however with a Ltd company, you can claim this, aswell as 5% expenses and flat rate VAT. Presuming the Ltd co. and umbrella running costs are the same (between 60-100 month) it looks like I would still be financially better off using a Ltd co.
Is this right?
thanks
