I used these guys and they did all fine within claimed 3 hours:

Appointed all directors online so was no need to do any paperwork at all -- they however had error in email suggesting you had to, but after querying this they said all i sokay.

Can you recommend a fast company formation service?

Hi there, I need a service to set up a company quick (ideally under 24 hours) to help me start contracting this week. Preferably the service will provide ongoing accounting services and experience of IT contracting - I'd also like to pay a reasonable price for this service.

Can any of the seasoned contractors out there recommend any such service?
