Contracts

The PCG have IR35 friendly contracts available on their website....if not using one of these and feel the need, get it reviewed to be on the safe side.

No.

Unless you are going direct then the agency will provide you with the contract. Most have IR35 safe ones. Get all contracts run past B&C. Do some more searching.

IR35 Friendly contract

Hi i am new in contracting and would like to go with my own LTD company as currently with Giant but having a few problems with them.

Can anyone provide me with some pointers on how to make sure my contract falls outside the IR35. Has anyone got any example of any contracts that fall outside IR35 that I can have a look at please.
