Folks,

I've searched for a while but couldn't find a similar post that provides an answer to my query. Please accept my apologies if I've not followed protocol.

When handing over your company to the Liquidator do you also hand over a Final set of accounts?
My end of year accounting date is end of May but havent traded since March 2020. If I hand over my company in Jan 21 do I have to prepare a final set of accounts?
