    Best thing is to do a search on previous posts.Use the search facility and search on umbrella or ltd. Also the PCG www.pcg.org do a guide to freelancing ( can be downloaded)and gives an explanation of the different structures to use.

    Can we please not get into a slagging match between umbrella and limited again. Its been done ad nauseam. All the information required for newbies is all there in previous posts. Just do a little digging.
