£4k to switch business bank account ?

NatWest have sent me several emails about the new switching service for business accounts and after discovering that my account had no signatories set up on it for the past 12 years I thought I'd look into it.

They seem to be offering £4k to move accounts to Clydesdale, Co-op or TSB and I can seem to spot the catch. The only one being 'subject to offer funds being available' ...

Has anyone used/seen these offers ?
