    This is classic Accountant territory.

    You should meet them.
It'll cost you an hour but it'll be worth it.

As a newbie to contracting, is there a good source of information relating to payment of salaries and dividends? I seem to have a 1001 questions relating to them. Is the best thing just to take a deep breath and sit down with my accountant?

Such issues I have are: freq and level of both salary drawing and divident payment. What "rules" do I need to follow to ensure I dont attract the unwelcome attention of the IR?

    All help appreciated! :-)
