Shareholder dispute and company law solicitors

Does anyone have recommendations of lawyers who specialise in company law and shareholder disputes

In short the flat we have in Manchester needs a lease extension and whilst we own a share of freeholders and are directors the freehold company yet one shareholder wants to block it unless a premium is paid up

Threatening unfair prejudice and derivative claim on behalf of the company - So we kind of want to know where we stand
