Takes a few days to get the authorisation code through the post though. Oh and the website takes evenings and weekends off.

The Companies House fee for this is £15 so they are adding some on for doing it for you. It is quite simple to do. The first one will take a bit longer as you have to enter all the details but after that you just need to confirm the information and pay your fee.Originally posted by el duder

Annual Returns
The company who I registered my company through has just emailed me saying that my annual returns are due soon.
They are offering me an automated online service to do this for around £25+VAT
Is this something i should do myself or should i be letting my accountant loose on this one?
Actually what is required for my annual returns?
