    Hi I have been running my own ltd company for a couple of years but selling days and never usually more than a weeks services at one time. I have never done any contracting. I am now thinking of contracting.
    My 2 questions to you bods are these:

    1. Are most contracts offered within IR35?

    2. Is it acceptable to negotiate them to be out of IR35?
