If you do not owe anything this month send a slip stating that nothing is due this clears their system and stops the reminders.

    PAYE Payment

    Hello,

So, I've taken NIC (or rather got a NIC rebate) and had a reminder of my payroll processor that this has to be filed by 19th Jan. Thing is that HMRC have not yet given me my yellow P32c? so it seems I can't pay them (or get a rebate from them).

The website is about as useful as pulling teeth, so any ideas on what to do? Leave it till next month or will they hurt me.

Working...
