    I'd say UK coy contractnig to this Turkish company. That way they take the hit of paying the currency conversion rates.

    Also KISS. Easier with what you are already familiar with.

    Hi,
    I am a UK guy discussing some work in Turkey and worldwide. Based with some initial work in Istanbul the project would take me to several countries for system implementation.
    The Turkey based company have said I could be contract or employed .. but I am strugglign to find any advise on how to go about this / the best methods .. if contract ... UK Ltd company, Turkish? etc

    Any advice appreciated.
