    I think it's fair to suggest many lesser paid jobs (low level beginner nursing jobs, for example) seen agencies effectively force the use of these schemes.

    Scheme providers who, profiteered by not passing on the heavy tax avoidance and evasion but did lessen the tax for the individual overall when compared with other payment routes, have got off scot free.

    Someone on £30k contract income per year being targeted does seem small fry when compared to the likes of Rangers FC and the like. I think that's the angle Paul Lewis is aiming for.
