Contracting in ireland.... any issues?

Hi

Potentially got a gig in the republic on a two year programme - would be in country three nights a week.

Now, I've contracted in Ireland before via limited company with no issues but only for six month gigs.

Colleague I'm working with said she had to go on payroll for a role she took - but I'm presuming that was a client requirement.

Is there something I've missed?
