  • Do you provide for your pension and insurances ?

I have an LTD (or kind of equivalent, being based in Belgium) and as a freelance I bill many expenses to my company.
I am now in a gig that pays 30% less than my previous one and so I had to cut some expenses.
I wonder what kind of expenses other fellow contractors do bill to their companies.

I guess most of us have their company providing for your car, phone, website, business cards, training, conferences, online seminars, … but do you pay yourself a pension scheme, a "health insurance" or other benefits similar to those of an employee ?
Do you give yourself such employee-like benefits or you just stay away and try to improve your margins at the end of the year ?
