In company with two directors I need to be able to pay different and variable amounts of dividend. Hardly practical to keep changing the share allocation.

I understand I can either use dividend waivers, or better, issue different classes of shares. Is it really as simple as say giving myself a class 1 share and other director a class 2 share and then paying ourselves whatever we agree on or are there any restrictions or problems I need to know about?

    Ta for any answers.
