Boox Accountants experiences?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any recent experiences with this company? Specifically their online accounts portal?

I found them as I was looking at switching to freeagent and they were listed on the accountants page as freeeagent friendly, when I've spoke with them their online accounts app is their own and developed in house but they said I could still use freeagent if I preferred.

I'm planning on doing a 30 day trial of them both in a few weeks once I get my year end accounts from my current accountants but I wondered if anyone had any recent experiences?

PS. I've read and searched previous posts and saw the negative feedback a few years ago regarding their marketing practices but I'm not too concerned about that.
