Annual Pension Allowance after March and backfilling

Over recent years the annual pension allowance has dropped down to £40kpa, with the ability to backfill up to 3 years if you didn't fully use that years allowance.

I've just paid my annual top up in but due to development at Scrag Towers I didn't reach the 40k limit.

Will the ability to backfill previous years still be available after the budget/April?
