    I think there are some bigger questions there, viz "Working from Australia".

    legal structure?
    Corporate residence?
    Personal residence?
    Nature of services? (Re place of supply rules)

    I don't mean to over complicate, but there is more to this that meets the eye.

    Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me in regards to HMRC's flat rate scheme. I have a 6 month IT consulting contract through my limited company (working from Australia for a UK client). My question is - is it worth me joining the flat rate scheme for 6 months only?
