    Any benefit from going limited?

How much do you reclaim on expenses and how much do you actually spend on those expenses?

Umbrella companies, allow you (:rollin ) to reclaim generous expenses, Limited companies don’t>: Although, the reality is, you require receipts regardless of how you operate!

    Any benefit from going limited?

I'm currently using an umbrella company and my contract is almost certainly IN IR35. Would there be any financial gain in forming a limited company if I stay in IR35? I'm currently taking home about 61%.

    Thanks,
    George
