Still doesn't make much sense to me. I still don't see why you are setting up a UK Ltd The Dutch payroll company will pay you (net of all Dutch taxes and other contributions) as an individual, not your Ltd. It's almost impossible to work through a Ltd these days over there with a single client and contract, as the Belastingdienst take a dim view and you have to jump a very high bar concerning eligibility.

I worked in the Netherlands for a year or two recently and used ITECS. I know in other EU countries people have had bad experiences with them but they were fine for me in the Netherlands. I also used Dutchpal before they folded.

Or did you mean another UK limited company is placing you at end client ?

I am going to be working in the Netherlands via a UK limited company. Can anyone advise what monthly rate I should pay a Dutch registered service provider to 'payroll' me i.e. apply for the 30% ruling, provide me with a contract of employment and process my pay each month through their Dutch registered payroll?

I have read that Dutchpal no longer exists and would be grateful if anyone has any recommendations.

    Many thanks
