IR35 - individual or contract scoped?

    Hi

If there is an IR35 investigation, is it just for the current contract you are working on or is it a status that is applied to you as an individual\entity for all future engagements?

For instance, if I have a 6month contractor and I am working outside IR35, and then IR tell me in month 4 that I have been judged as inside IR35 - what is my liability for previous contracts earnings, current contract and for similar future contracts?

    Thanks for any enlightenment,

    C
